I have in the past searched and searched for rpms (compiling stuff
scares me)
and when I saw the 4.01 announcement i finally gave in and grabbed the
source. The main reason for this is that i need to have ttf in the gimp
if i can't get back to windows (see other thread).Am i mad doing this ie
is X4 fairly easy to compile in comparison to your run of the mill prog?
would i be better off just getting a font server and making do with crap
res on my i740?
right that;s a bit rambling.. erm question then:
Is xfree86 4.x worth it?
