Or, to be slightly more helpful, boot from a DOS boot floppy that has fdisk on
it (this can be had from www.bootdisk.com). Then when you get a prompt, type

fdisk /mbr

This should clear out your master boot record, removing lilo. The disk can
then boot normally.
