ok, seriously. for transfering files the best thing in my view is no
filesystem. just use gzip/bzip and tar. you'll write less to disk
(no meta data, no partially full clusters, compression) so therefore
the copy should go quicker. filesystems on floppies are silly, and zips
are so slow it's pretty silly there too.
as far as the media, i've found zips to be hit or miss. floppies
too. never used mo drives, but people who have like them. the orb
drives look interesting.
