Oops, you forgot to turn "scoilmhuire" into "blahXXX". But never mind.
Eircom have apparently disabled ETRN. This is not surprising, since the
whole concept of dialup SMTP is broken due to the fact that the protocol is
not designed to do this.
It is quite likely that Eircom have alternative methods of flushing the mail
for blahXXX.ie from their queue as soon as you log in.
