Everyone's ganging up on me today :-( Liam said the same thing.
Unfortunately, I can't pull up an NT server, non-domain-controller
because our test machines are busy, but I'm fairly sure it's just
"User Manager" on member servers. Else, how can you administer
the local accounts on a plain server? What if the server isn't
a member of a domain?

Oh heck. Let's haul up the MSDN library and find the NT Server
Resource Kit...

Dammit, can't find it there...

OK, I'll defer to anyone who can sit in front of an NT member
server and check this.

Later,
Kenn
