I'm writing this over a xircom realport. The modem works. The 10/100
ethernet connection bit works. Haven't tried the GSM bit though.

These cards are quite expensive, mind. If you're spending Your Own
Money (TM) you might find it cheaper to buy separate modem and
ethernet cards. One can get such things fairly cheaply...
