Apache will spit this message if there is no index.html file
in the current directory. If you're sure there is one, try
accessing http://hostname/index.html, or create another file
and access that. Make sure they are world-readable.

While you're at it, don't forget to check all three Apache
config files (httpd.conf, access.conf, srm.conf) - if there
is a DocumentRoot statement in any of these, the wrong one
might be winning.
