Hmmm...
Seems using "vim +"set tw=78" as the "editor" command in my .muttrc only
applies to text that gets typed *after* vi starts, while text supplied in the
buffer doesn't get reformatted. Must try the "readbuff" command instead though
that failed when I put it in my .vimrc Said the command wasn't implemented or
something.
