IOMEGA tech support tip:
their "please press 1 if you have a phone" system seems to be
extremely buggy, I tried repeatedly to descend the multitude of menus
to finally get a person and failed evry time.
When they first answer, press nothing, wait and in a few seconds you
will get a techie, i.e. you're pretending to have a pulse phone. I've
done this twice now, works *good*.
Of course this will work for most systems, just that the Iomega seems
to be particularly frustrating :-(
