What user are you running nwserv under. I know I have it running under
root. I'm not sure if this is a bad thing or not - RTFM and see what it
says there (I'm about to check it myself too).

I believe nwserv handles all of the directory permissions itself, because
directory permissions on Netware are held in the Bindery. Not 100% sure
about this, so if I'm wrong I'm sure someone will pounce... (waiting in
anticipation)
