In a vaguely related note, for those who missed it, Galeon is looking to
be a damn fine browser (http://galeon.sourceforge.net).
It is a stripped down version of Mozilla, with the power of Gecko, but
wthout a lot of the things that some of us don't really care about, like
skinability and news and mail readers. I tried it out the other morning,
it loads quickly, renders pages properly (unlike Amaya, grrr), but doesn't
seem to have support for proxy's yet, so external to college web browsing
was sadly unavailable.
One to watch though.
