Don't warry, be happy - at least when you open eurolinux,
you get a pretty good link to Irish linux home (you'll find
happily ilug & blug).
If you click bg flag, you'll pop into a place called bg linux
home, where you get links to a bunch of user groups with
activity ~3 posts/year... sure, if one dig around s/he may
(or may not) find 3 levels further another group - lug-bg
(not so active like yours, but at least 10 posts/day...)
