Yeah add the following mime types into your conf/mime.types

text/vnd.wap.wml wml
application/vnd.wap.wmlc wmlc
text/vnd.wap.wmlscript wmls
application/vnd.wap.wmlscriptc wmlsc
image/vnd.wap.wbmp wbmp

and then make sure to send a

Content-type: text/vnd.wap.wml

header with your wap pages, and apache will serve them just fine
