Jason,
you more than likely haven't enabled execute access on every
directory from your http home down to /Gantt/setup.cgi.
If you do a "chmod +x <dir name>" for each directory between your http root
and /Gantt/setup.cgi you should be ok.

What information would you need to help me with
this ?? a copy of my httpd.conf or just a section.
I have no problems accessing the index.html page.
I'm new to setting up web servers so any help
would be greatly received.
