Hey folks,

Just came across this somewhere else as well. I take it this was from an
upgrade and not a fresh install? It seems that on occaision (as none of
the upgrades I have done have done this) /dev/pts is not mounted. An
entry in my /etc/fstab looks like this:

none /dev/pts devpts mode=0622 0 0

This should clear up the situation. I am told there is a bug listed for
this so hopefully it will get tracked down as it is not a consistent one
for upgrades.
