Hi, after reading the offical and unoffical HOWTO's on
ipchains i have a quick question that i couldnt find
the answer to. I have the input policy set to DENY. i
have allowed traffic my port 80 but i dont want to
block icmp completley (which is happening with DENY)
what icmp is safe to allow in ? i want to be able to
ping my box etc but am unsure on how to tell ipchains
how to do this , thanks again
