put the box in a lead lined cell (no windows), reenforced concrete
walls, say 5m thick.
the room is accessed about 20m below ground. No network connections,
no floppy, no cdrom, i.e.
no removable media. it doesn't have com ports, printer ports or usb
ports. take the mouse away while
your at it (and the ps/2 connection).
ps. no power supply for the paranoid 8)
pps. the room is in, say, the Antartica.
