Paul Mc Auley burst across the net:

along those lines, i can't get cu to work. i have a serial connection
between two computers. i can use minicom to make the connection, but
when it first grabs the serial line it issues a break. unfortunate since
it's a sparc at the other end and that sends it into the boot monitor (a
"go" makes it resume). i used to do cu -l /dev/cua0. now it won't work.
any ideas?
