[ILUG] Squid proxy via MS proxy feed

Are there any quirks to getting squid working via an MS proxy? we have
access to the net via MS proxy, but I want to use squid, I cannot get it to
use the MSproxy as a 'master/sibling'...has anybody got this working? if
so, I'd appreciate a look at the squid conf file.
