As it happens, lugh *is* running an ircd, but it's connected to L-Space
IRC (online Terry Pratchett fandom - long story). If people feel like
it, feel free to connect and set up #ilug or whatever, but I feel we'd
in general be better served by setting up #ilug on one of the "big"
networks - I don't think that connecting lugh to one of those would be a
good idea, however - the bandwidth requirements are considerable.
