At the moment, the only distribution which comes with Gnome as standard is
RH 6.0 (apart from some of the more esoteric ones).

However, there is no problem installing SuSE/Debian and then building the gnome
sources, assuming you're comfortable with that. AFAIK the rpm's will work with
SuSE, but I don't think any debian packages are finished for gnome yet.

You will find if you go to gnome.org once a month there's a new version of
most of it out there <g>
