there's also a command line tool (oh the horrors!) called vacation.
for some reason it's hard to find in linux distros - it was always
around on sun boxes. anyway, look on freshmeat.
users.cgi is a hack, it's probably not secure and was generally
just a quick solution to a problem at hand. someone here spotted
flaws but never got back to me...
