Ah.. What I do here is very simple. I don't allow any kind of remote
login, telnet or ssh into any box.
I have one monitor and keyboard and when I want to administer a box I go
downstairs into the server room and hook up the monitor and keyboard to
the right machine. Machines are clearly labeled and there's no chance of
rebooting the wrong box! What's more, Linuxconf very nicely sets up
Sendmail and all my users, Samba and other services. I have it down to a
tee now which icons to click when I want to move a Samba config from one
machine to another. Plain sailing as Paul said!
