In fact, proper behaviour is *not* to fall back to secondaries if the
primary is reachable but doesn't accept mail for the domain; so I
suspect that lot of mail to vistech is going west entirely. I think
sendmail falls back to secondaries, but there's no good reason for
doing this, because the secondaries will only try to contact the
primary, which will presumably still bounce the mail.
You wouldn't *believe* the amount of MX crap I see, both from
administring this list, and of looking after the mail servers for
places like pigsback.com. Occasionally, something makes me laugh -
look at the MX records for "hotmial.com", for example.
