I have a NIS server, Deskpro with RedHat 6.2, currently running NIS to a
class B network. I have just added a VLAN (Class A 10.x.x.x) which also
need access to the NIS server. But NIS requests won't cross the router.
My solution is to add a second NIC to the box, configure it as a class
10 address.
The problem is that when I add the second card, the first stops working.
Is it a problem with the IRQ settings? If so how do I change them?
Otherwise, any suggestions on the best way to impement this setup?
