[ILUG] rpm troubles

I am trying to remove an rpm and it is telling me that
error: "mysql-server" specifies multiple packages

i dunno what the hell it is..it looks like the rpm for mysql server was
installed 3 times and now i cant uninstall it..

any ideas?
