[ILUG] learning ipchains

I need to allow all ip from an IP on the internet through to my client on
eth1. My firewall is on eth0. Is there an ipchains command I can enter to
allow this like:

ipchains -A input/ouput -p ALL -s x.x.x.x -d eth0 -j accept

or something along those lines. Do I need to Insert because it may be
rejected by the rules before it makes it that far?
