Just a question about this... purely out of interest
what if someone on the cable tv network attached their
cable into a home a/c outlet? say 220 volts? Would it
blow everyone connected to the network or do they have
some sort of surge protectors at intervals along the cable.
At the point of entrance of the cable to each house maybe?

Hrm, Just wondering...

Jerry.
