Easiest? Perhaps. But I'd humbly suggest that no-one ever, *ever* use
linuxconf for anything other than practicing their 'rm -f' skills. It's
got a horrible tendency to update lots more than you intend, and ruin
your life in the (ahem) process.
Look for /usr/sbin/netconfig (in RH) for something a little nicer.
