The one gotcha with making the global change, is that if anyone uses
a different X server (one running on the machine, or on another linux box)
you may hit the problem again..

This is why it makes more sense to make the change local to the user,
so that your .tcshrc (.profile / .login / .xsession - whatever you use)
can verify what X server you are using and apply the changes to your session
only.

Saves having to remember it when you upgrade X and the default xmodmap settings
get restored :)
