there's no confusion. a full icon always represents a programme, an icon
with a titlebar represents a minimised window. full icon's can be dragged to
the dick or the clip to 'save' them.

unfortunately not all apps are well behaved which can throw a spanner in the
works. (ie multiple full icons for the same app).

I'd love to see the real Nextstep in action. Anyone got a NeXT cube or the
intel version of OpenStep lying around?
