I thought so too (perhaps I saw it for another model, but on the
Inspiron 4000 overview page

it says "Intel® Celeron® processor at 700MHz with 100MHz front
side bus".
I'm puzzled about what a "front side" bus might be, but it's all
academic now as I've given them the credit card numbers and am
about 2k lighter in the wallet all of a sudden...
