hi all,

I've run into a slight problem with a perl file I have.
I want to use it for my website but, unfortunately I
do not have shell access to my account.

The perl file requires me to do something like this:

blah.pl <index.html> and some other options.

I can easily sort out chmoding the file but don't
know how to sort this out without shell access.
I was thinking I could maybe put it into the #!
but was unsure.

Any help is appreciated. Please reply to the
list as I am not supposed to recieve emails
at this address.
