If you have the time, you could probably put something together yourself...
there's an Eltorito imaage of Tom's Root & Boot, that you could use as the
basis for it, and build on what you like from there. You'd still need to
keep it reasonably tight though with only 30MB.... alternatively get you
business card CDs from Peats. I get mine from there and they'll hold about
50MB.
