hey all,
just wondering a few things about
hardware...
1. does linux support dual processor
motherboards, and if so, does i matter
if i have say a 1.3GHz AMD chip and
a 500MHz AMD chip?
2. there's an unbranded CD-RW drive
in Maplin's Electronics (beside Smyths
in Dublin), will linux neccessarily support
it, or is it just a case of wait and see. Also,
have any of you bought hardware from
Maplin's and is it generally reliable?
