Hi Lads,
I have a comment to make about the AGM and the lack of notice of same. 8
days notice is pretty poor for those of us that have things to do. I don't
think you'll find too many people who's lives are empty enough to allow them
to show up somewhere for an AGM at a week's notice. Note also that this
notice given was less than that specified in the constitution, which says;
" 7. Notice of all meetings shall given to the membership at least
ten working days prior to the date of the meeting. "

ILUG AGM on Saturday 23rd June.

Notice of an AGM should be posted about 3 weeks in advance to allow people
who wish to attend to make the neccessary arrangements. Remember that this
is user group purports to have national status so I'd suggest you start
paying attention to your members and showing them some respect!
