It was - it was posted to the list, which is the official organ of the group.

Thomas has been talking about this meeting fro considerably more than 3
weeks. However AFAIR the first couple of mentions did not explicitly say
that it was the AGM.

If you don't like the way the group is being run, come along to the AGM and
get yourself voted on to the committee and do something about it. If you
feel that 10 days notice of the AGM is too short (and it probably is) then
come along to the AGM and propose a change to the constitution accordingly.

All hinges on going to the AGM, though, doesn't it ?
