Thats your interpretation of the requirements. It is not however the
interpretation of the requirements on the part of the current
committee. If you're not happy with the committee's performance, I
suggest you stand for election next year - particularly as at least one
(maybe more) of the current officers have stated their intention not to
stand for re-election. I'm perfectly happy to nominate you in abstentia.
