ah sheesh....
it's a bloody OS worshippers society - the guys on the committee don't
get paid for it.. they spend their own time organising this stuff, and
presumably their own money on occassions (eg stands at expos and
such). they do it simply cause they want to do it, not cause they owe
anyone else on this list anything.
now, i'm sure they'd love more people to get stuck in and help, so hit
yourself with the attitude-readjustment stick and get yourself on the
appropriate list that deals with society admin type stuff and express
your ideas there in a less aggressive manner.
