well when you put it that way, obviously even i have to agree with you.

it's the secretary that is responsible for notifying people, right?
ok then, since noel won't be there i promise to actually attend whatever
meeting nominations and elections are being held at. i was planning to
sneak off to the pub or to get some food, but i'll sacrifice myself.
once there i'll stay long enough to nominate noel and vote for him.
i hope everyone else who mistakenly interpretted noel's initial comments
as whiny, annoying, less then gracious and so anal that they might be
better described as intestinal will join me in seconding him and/or
voting for him.

then we can finally see compotent administration.
