so apparently internet explorer has smart tags. but third parties can
add tags. not sure how. but it might be interesting. you could send
new smart tags to friends around the net and tell them to load the tags so
that they can link to your web page, or to turn all instances of a certain
word to a funny web site (belgium to h2g2, or something like that).
then add an additional tag that would make microsoft a link to linux.com.
all in all, depending on how it's implemented i can see lots of room
for abuse.
