Greetings All:
This should be an easy one. I'm setting up MDK 8.0 Corporate Server
and Apache, which will be used for a low to medium traffic website.
My partner in this project works for the ISP, so we'll be on our own
subnet. In addition to acting as a webserver, there will be a few
W2K, NT and Mac boxen for some of the web developers.
Now, we're connecting to a T1 through a Cisco router, but must limit
the bandwidth for in-house users to 128K. We may also need to limit
bandwidth on the site itself.
I know there are a number of ways to do this on the Apache side, but
wonder about the workstations.
I'd be interested in hearing what others think is the best way to
accomplish this.

My apologies if this post turns up twice; I posted from one of the
boxen on my network, but received a mail telling me the message was
being held for review by moderators for suspicious headers. Sorry. A
W2K box was handy and I used it. That'll teach me *lol*
