Ok, I take that bit of it back - I wasn't aware that hea had gone
down again. When poking at the world via your isp gives slow
irregular results and poking at the hea in particular bounces merrily
(and slowly) back and forth between your isp's routers it's tempting
to go for the obvious conclusion.
It doesn't change the fact that IOL's service seems to be getting
noticeably worse over the last few weeks.
