[ILUG] [OT] SSL overhead

With Apache I'm having a little bit of an arguement over the overhead SSL
generates, apart from the usual encryption server-side/client-side before
transport, but the actual amount transferred after the key exchange is it
much of an increase?

Me think there's none at all.

any ideas?
