[ILUG] [OT] Sun Cull affects GNU and other dev

A little birdie from inside Sun in Ireland told me that the latest cull by
Sun into their workforce affected projects based on GNU and other open
sourse development such as GNOME.

The cull was to kill all projects that will not give Sun a return in the
very near future. Although they haven't affected the StarOffice desktop
applications, development will continue internally.
