I think he's imagining some sort of Microsoft controlled future where users
pass
some sort of driving license / competency test in ability to use the
internet, after
which they get a shiny new "passport" and plug themselves into the matrix /
collective
where they can be tracked and processed and counted and of course billed for
the
pleasure. eat my metaphor!
