Well, perhaps the popular belief is based on looking at the training
manuals. Any I've seen are COMPLETELY 'doze / M$ Office based done to screen
shots and descriptions. Me, I'd call that M$ centric but perhaps I could be
accused of bias.
Mind you, I'm not saying that this isn't an accurate representation of the
needs of the market, but a better name would perhaps have been
ETSMCAU (European Taxpayer Subsidised Microsoft Certified Application User)
