Good man Pauly,

As for the p200 - this particular box is a p120??? can't be 100% sure, but
its by far the slowest box I have.
I'm upgrading it to a p200 :) Until I get the dual 400 patched +
recompiled...

I know I am really lucky to have gotten this kit for free. The second
storage box is full of failed drives unfortunately, but it loops to the
first and has redundant power suplies - hot-plug naturally! I'm off to
Dunsink tip tomorrow :)

I low leveled them all and also ran the sector test/remap aswell for the
craic, took 10 hours in total.

I also checked the pins on the cables for abnormalities, may be a
termination issue as one drive negotiates at 10Mhz rather than 20 like the
others.

Again, I'll know soon enough, thanks for the advice. Ill ramtest aswell etc
etc...

Later

possibly. check docs for /etc/raidtab.
