      mutt pine and all other mua's
      sendmail qmail (and anything else by djb)
      c, perl, intercal c++, java and all other weenie languages
      non-x86 arches x86
      troff docbook
      curses hard coded terminal escapes
      twm gnome, kde
      focus follows mouse click to focus
      manual placement automatic window placement
      zsh, bash tcsh, csh, rc
