lot of interesting ideas there.
scp/sftp is supported by some windows clients? excellent!
webDAV supported on the latest MS stuff.. hmmm.
Copperfasten: kevin's told me before about this, and he thinks it is
pretty good. and i might consider using it, except this isn't a
company server it's a private one, and people involved are not going
to pay for a commercial server/client product.
using samba on a staging server and sync it securely to the live
one. very good idea for intranet type stuff. might look at setting
this up for something at work....
i think in the end i'll enable sftp, and pass on the information
gained from this thread on windows sftp and scp clients to the
windows users concerned.
